Directions
Enjoy a beautiful drive through the redwoods, and along the California coast to get to Mendocino. Mendocino is about a 3 hour drive NW of San Francisco. We recognize this is a destination wedding and we’re happy to help answer any questions you might have about the trip !
Route 128 is a beautiful drive, best in the morning sunshine, and has great wineries along the way through Anderson Valley.

*Hotels can book up quickly in the area, we recommend you book your stay as early as possible, and coordinate with others to stay in similar areas within these towns (Albion, Little River, Mendocino, Fort Bragg - Fort Bragg is slightly further away)
There are a wide variety of places to stay in the area, with wide prices points, feel free to reach out with any questions or further recommendations

Our favorite things in the area
In October 2019, we bought a little house in Albion, 10 minutes south of Mendocino. Ever since, the area has become one of our favorite places, to rest, relax, enjoy and be inspired.

Arrival
We love the Mendocino coast and think you will too! We encourage you to stay a few extra days if you can!
Transportation
We want everyone to be able to enjoy a few drinks and not worry about driving home along the highway coast. Shuttle transit will be available + recommended for all guests on the wedding day, with pick up at Caspar Community Center and drop off at/near your hotel. Parking will not be available at the Ceremony site.
Please meet at Casper Community Center at 130 pm to ensure timely arrival for the ceremony.

Weather
We hope it will be a lovely sunny day but, on the coast, the weather can change quickly 🌊 🌥. Please bring layers so you can be comfortable throughout the day.
